Biblioteka Publiczna w Bobrownikach Małych powstała w roku 1948 jako punkt biblioteczny. Swoją siedzibę znalazła w domu pierwszej kierowniczki – Pani Bronisławy Kordeli.Początkowo księgozbiór liczył 320 tomów i czytelnik przy zapisie wpłacał jednorazowo 60 groszy.
